Employment(Labour) Law

German employment law regulates the legal relations between individual employees and employers (individual employment law), as well as between coalitions of the employers and between representative bodies of the employees and the employer (collective employment law).

 

On the one hand, we advice and represent employers in all matters relating to its staff (job description, drafting of employment contracts,redeployment, and notice) and cooperation with works councils ( participation in construction and completion of tariffs, works agreements, collective agreements and other industrial relations). On the other hand, we also represent employees in all matters relating to their employment (grading, notice, references, and severance payment).
