Inheritance Law

The right of inheritance is the right to dispse of property or other sellable rights andother orders ofbenefit at the time of one’s own death (to ‘inherit’).

The term inheritance refers to all legal norms dealing with the transfer of the deceased’s assets to one or more persons at the time of death. We advise both on the content of testimonials, such as wills and trusts, as well as donation contracts, often to reduce an inheritance tax burden or to reduce compulsory entitlements. In many cases, life circumstances change substantially over a period of time, so testimonials should, over longer periods, be examined and updated accordingly.
